1. Please don't just look at the price when buying large LED screens
Price may be an important factor affecting the sales of large LED screens. Although everyone understands the principle that you get what you pay for, when you choose LED large screen manufacturers, you will still unconsciously move closer to lower prices. The huge price difference causes customers to ignore quality. But in the actual use process, you may only remember that the price difference is actually the quality gap.
2. The "same model" of the large LED screen is not necessarily the "same product"
In the process of selling large LED screens, I often met customers and asked why your price is so much higher than others for the same model of display. Actually, I was stunned, because all the quotations I gave to customers were quoted in accordance with the company's channel prices. I discovered by chance that the so-called products of the same model are actually different. Let’s take the P4LED large screen as an example. Generally speaking, the P4LED large screen we are talking about refers to a pixel pitch of 4.0mm, but there is a 4.81mm pitch, which is a p4.81 LED large screen, for customers who don’t understand the outside world. , Some sales staff use blindfold, claiming to be a P4 full-color LED large screen. In this way, the quotation gap will be more obvious, and many uninformed customers think that they have bought a good product at a low price.
Third, the technical specification parameter value is not as high as possible
Generally, customers who purchase LED large screens will choose several manufacturers for evaluation, and then decide on LED large screen suppliers. The two important items in the evaluation are price and technical parameters. In the case of similar prices, technical parameters become winners and losers. Many customers think that the higher the value of the parameter, the better the quality of the display. Is that actually the case? Let's take a simple example, the same is the indoor P4 full-color LED large screen, in the LED large screen brightness value. Some manufacturers will write 2000cd/square meter, and some manufacturers will write 1200cd/square meter. Is 2000 better than 1200? The answer is not necessarily, because indoor LED large screen brightness requirements are originally not high, generally between 800-1500. If the brightness is too high, it will dazzle the eyes and affect the viewing. In terms of service life, too high brightness can easily overdraw the display life in advance. Therefore, the reasonable use of brightness is the correct answer, not that the higher the brightness, the better. For the same model, some parameters are required, such as LED light brand/package, scanning mode, power refresh rate, power consumption, gray scale, etc. The price will not be the same for different parameters.
Fourth, LED large screen production and testing is not as short as possible
Many customers who buy LED large screens just place an order and want to get the goods right away. We understand this mood well, but the large LED screen is a customized product, and at least 48 hours of inspection and testing are required after the production is completed. The LED large screen is added to the national standard for 24 hours to achieve 72 hours of uninterrupted testing. Too short delivery time generally has two problems: one is that the failure rate in later use will be relatively high if it has not undergone sufficient testing and testing; but some manufacturers do not have enough stocks of the same batch, which may be in order to take orders. Use products from different batches. In this case, the display screen will have obvious color difference, which greatly affects the display effect of the large LED screen.
