On November 7th, we celebrated the traditional Chinese festival - Winter Solstice. On this day, the coldness gradually increased, but the office area of Ervan was warm and cozy. To inherit the traditional Chinese festival culture, the company chose to hold a warm gathering full of the aroma of fire and warmth to dispel the slight chill of the early winter and let everyone feel the warmth of winter in the joyous laughter.

    The activity began. Colleagues gathered around the table to make dumplings, combining the filling and blessings together and wrapping them in thin dumpling wrappers. The various-shaped dumplings filled the table with laughter and joy, symbolizing the love for life and the expectations for the future of the Ervan people.

      After making the dumplings, we welcomed the sugar sticks. Everyone took on different tasks: boiling sugar, stringing fruits, and wrapping the clothes. The crystal sugar shells wrapped the sweet and sour fruit flesh, and after cooling, they became the sweetest reward in the winter.

       This activity not only allowed everyone to experience the fun of traditional customs, but also let everyone enjoy the delicious food they created themselves. Everyone was very happy.
