What is the relationship between the heat dissipation of the led transparent screen and the structur

2021-10-20

The heat dissipation problem of the LED transparent screen is the key to the performance and life of the LED screen. The internal components of the transparent screen are the most heat-generating electronic components, such as LED lamp beads, driver ICs, power supplies, etc. In particularly hot weather, if the heat dissipation deviation is not timely, the screen body will appear color cast and other phenomena. If the temperature is too high, the heat cannot be dissipated, which will damage the internal components of the transparent screen and cause the screen to malfunction.

In product design, production and processing, and engineering construction, through the use of physical heat dissipation, air convection heat dissipation, air conditioning refrigeration heat dissipation, air duct type heat dissipation and the use of heat conduction materials, to solve the heat dissipation problem of transparent LED screens. In the product structure, the light bar structure design, there is a gap between the light bars, the heat of the lamp beads can be quickly released, and the heat dissipation performance is good.

Use more high-quality and durable heat-conducting materials. For example, for the box material, we use high-quality aluminum with good heat dissipation and oxidation resistance, and optimize the structure of the PCB board electronic components to simplify and rationally arrange. Moreover, the multi-layer space design inside the box forms an overall transparent convective heat dissipation structure, which makes full use of natural air for convection heat dissipation, which not only takes into account heat dissipation and sealing, but also improves reliability and service life. In addition, in terms of hardware materials, such as the use of TG170 for PCB boards, which can withstand high temperatures of 170°, it also further avoids the adverse effects of high heat and ensures the normal operation of the screen.

Under normal circumstances, the average power consumption of conventional LED screens is 350W/square, and the maximum power consumption is about 900W/square; while the average power consumption of transparent LED displays is about 250W/square, and the maximum power consumption is about 700W/square; the ratio of transparent LED displays in unit square Conventional display screens can save energy from 100W to 200W, which can save a lot of electricity bills after long-term use. The power consumption is low, the heat generation is low, the screen body will not be too high, and the display screen can operate normally in a normal temperature environment.

The display mode is a big difference between the transparent LED screen and the conventional screen. When the conventional LED display screen is working, basically all points are glowing and heating; while the transparent LED screen is working, only the displayed part will glow and heat, and the other parts will not emit light. The temperature of the screen is much lower than that of the conventional screen.
