1. When buying an LED screen, don't just look at the price.
Price may be an important factor affecting the sales of large LED screens. Although everyone understands the principle of value for money, when you choose a LED screen manufacturer, you will still unconsciously move towards lower prices. The huge price difference makes consumers ignore the quality. However, in actual use, you may only remember that the price difference is the quality difference.
2. The same model of large-screen LED may not be the same product
When I am promoting large LED screen products, I often meet customers and ask me why your products of the same model are more expensive than others. In fact, I was shocked because I quoted customers based on company channel prices. I accidentally found that the so-called products of the same model are different. Take the P4LED screen as an example. Generally speaking, the pixel pitch of the P4LED screen is 4.0 mm, but there is only one 4.81 mm on the market. Some customers who do not know the external situation use the eye masks of the sales staff to claim that they are P4 full-color LED screens. This quotation gap is even more obvious. Many customers who don’t know think that they have bought a good product at a low price.
3. The technical specification parameter value is not as high as possible.
Under normal circumstances, customers who buy LED screens will choose some manufacturers for evaluation, and then determine the LED large screen supplier. The two important items in the evaluation are price and technical parameters. In the case of similar prices, technical parameters become winners and losers. Many customers believe that the higher the parameter value, the better the display quality. Is this really the case? For a simple example, the same is the indoor P4 full-color LED screen, the brightness value of the LED screen. Some manufacturers write 2000cd/square meter, and some manufacturers write 1200cd/square meter. Is 2000 better than 1200? The answer is not necessarily, because indoor LED screen brightness requirements are not high, usually between 800-1500. Too high brightness will make the eyes dazzling and affect viewing. In terms of life, too high brightness can easily overdraw the display life in advance. Therefore, rational use of brightness is the correct answer, not to say that the higher the brightness, the better. The same model requires parameters such as the brand/package of the LED, scanning method, power update rate, power consumption, gray scale and other parameters. Different parameters have different prices.
4. The production and testing time of the LED screen is not short.
Many customers who buy led screens just place an order and want to get the goods right away. We understand this mentality well. Large LED displays are customized products, and at least 48 hours of inspection and testing are required after production is completed. The standard increases the LED screen for 24 hours to achieve 72 hours of uninterrupted detection. There are generally two problems with too short delivery times. One is that it has not passed sufficient tests and tests, and the failure rate in future use is high, but some manufacturers do not have enough stocks of the same batch. This may be the use of different batches of products in order to accept orders. In this way, the display has obvious chromatic aberration, which seriously affects the display effect of the LED.
