Therefore, when customers buy LED displays, they must first choose A well-known manufacturer in the industry conducts product inspection at the factory to confirm that the purchased product has no quality problems, so please confirm the LED display with the manufacturer before purchasing the LED display.

LED display module detection method:

1. Appearance inspection: It can be preliminarily judged whether there is a problem with the LED module through ordinary vision and hand feeling.

2. Adhesion of the coating: It should be guaranteed not to fall off.

3. Picture: whether there is consistent color, or color shift, or even no brightness.

4. Screen printing appearance: The screen printing content is clear and complete, the color is even, no burrs, defects, tailing, smudges and other phenomena. The specific content, position, pattern and font size of each silk screen are detailed on the corresponding drawings.

5. The color is the same as the module (no obvious color difference under natural light or fluorescent light for normal eyesight), and no color difference in the same batch of products (note: color difference includes color and gloss). The coated surface should be smooth, flat and uniform, without the following defects. There is no desizing, particles, bottom leakage, pitting, flowers, wrinkles, mechanical damage.
