How to tell the difference between a high pole lamp and a middle pole lamp

2022-10-25

The analysis shows that the commonly used high pole lamp is a round lamp frame. The lights are evenly distributed around the aperture, creating an illumination Angle of 360. However, this lighting method is not applicable to a football field or stadium, because the projection design is to project light from four corners to the center of the stadium, so as far as the lamp board is concerned, it can only be a 180-plate structure. And because of the high requirement to brightness, the planning of lamp holder is staggered mostly. The whole lamp base is 35 climbing, this structure is more conducive to the concentration of light beam, and then achieve a more perfect effect.

Because the stadium high pole lamp cannot be equipped with a lifting system, so in order to facilitate repair and maintenance, the stadium high pole lamp has a planned staircase structure in the manufacturing process. There are also two types of ladder construction, one is the ladder with the railing, and the other is the ladder with the cable, both of which are just for safety reasons.

Many customers make mistakes when ordering high pole lights. We know that the height range of the high pole lamp is 16 meters to 35 meters. It's really hard to make a quick decision. Do you follow the rule of light height? This is inevitable, and of course there are rules to follow.

The high pole has only a few large places, namely "plazas, parks and highway service areas". These places belong to the main habitat of the high pole lamp, of course there are many practical applications, mentioned here are only the common ones. For example, "square" is just one word, but it can contain many places, such as "Airport square, train station square, cultural activity square, company square." . You can expand a lot, and I won't list them all here.

The difference between a medium and a high pole lamp can start with two aspects: height and function. Under normal conditions, lights over 8 meters and lights below 14 meters can be understood as middle pole lights, and street lights over 15 meters can be called high pole lights.

Apart from their height, the biggest difference between the two is their function. This function refers to the lifting system. Conventional light poles usually do not have a lifting function. This is because the height of the lamp pole is less than 14 meters. When the lamp is faulty, you can use some small forklift or pure trellis to complete the repair without spending much money, so the lift system will not be installed at the time of purchase, as it can reduce many costs.

The difference between medium and high pole lamps is mainly reflected in two aspects. The first is height. The height of the medium pole lamp is between 13 and 16 meters, and the height of the high pole lamp is between 18 and 40 meters. Then there are the differences in maintenance. If there is a problem with the light source and electrical equipment of the middle pole lamp, the repairman should go to the top of the pole to repair the plate, which can be raised or lowered for the high pole lamp. If there is a problem with the bulb, you can fix it by lowering the bulb panel to the ground.

The surface of medium and high pole lamps is almost the same, and the pole body is connected in a way that meets the height requirements. The structure of the lamp panel is mainly circular, and the light source equipment is high pressure sodium lamp and metal halide lamp, reflector and projector. Now, with the continuous promotion of national energy conservation and environmental protection, many customers demand LED lights.
