Looking at the development of the large-screen display industry in recent years, it is not difficult to see that seamless and high image quality are the ultimate pursuit of large-screen displays. In the current mainstream display technology, LCD splicing has more obvious seams, so it is more difficult to attack the broadcasting director room, the meteorological bureau, and other areas with higher picture integrity. This field is also the core battlefield where the small-pitch LED display impacts DLP. Although the LED display technology is very mature, but in the process of using it will always encounter such and other problems

1. What is the reason why the LED screen appears completely black?

In the process of using the control system, we occasionally encounter the phenomenon that the LED screen appears completely black. The same phenomenon may be caused by a variety of different reasons, even the process of turning the screen black will vary with different operations or different environments. For example, it may be black the moment it is powered on, it may turn black during the loading process, or it may turn black after sending it, etc.:

1. Please make sure that all hardware including the control system has been powered on correctly. (+5V, do not connect reversely or wrongly)

2. Check and confirm whether the serial port cable used to connect to the controller is loose or falling off. (If it turns black during the loading process, it is probably caused by this reason, that is, the communication line is interrupted due to the loosening of the communication line during the communication process, so the screen becomes black. Please check it by hand, this is very important if you want to solve the problem quickly.)

3. Check and confirm whether the LED screen and the HUB distribution board connected to the main control card are tightly connected and whether they are plugged in reverse.

2. Why does the LED display have a bright line for a few seconds or the screen picture becomes blurred when it is first powered on?

After the screen controller is properly connected to the computer and the HUB distribution board and the screen, you need to provide +5V power to the controller to make it work normally (at this time, do not directly connect to the 220V voltage). At the moment of power-on, a bright line or "fuzzy screen" will appear on the screen for a few seconds. This bright line or "fuzzy screen" is a normal test phenomenon and reminds the user that the screen is about to start working normally. Within 2 seconds, the phenomenon will be automatically eliminated, and the screen will enter the normal working state.

Third, the reason why the whole screen of the unit board is not bright or dark

1. Visually check whether the power cable, the 26P cable between the unit boards and the power module indicator are normal.

2. Use a multimeter to measure whether the unit board has normal voltage, and then measure whether the voltage output of the power module is normal, if not, it is judged that the power module is broken.

3. Measure the low voltage of the power module and adjust the fine adjustment (the fine adjustment of the power module near the indicator light) to make the voltage reach the standard.

  Generally speaking, the line mentioned in the wiring method of LED display refers to the power line and network cable (also called signal line) of the display. In most cases, the power line and the network cable are separated, and they follow their own wiring.
