LED display screens will inevitably produce tails when they are sold. Tail goods are products of different batches, it is inevitable that the brightness will be different, and the display effect will not be good after assembly. In this case, this technology needs to be corrected point by point.
Eliminating the difference point by point is the technology to improve the uniformity and color fidelity of the LED electronic screen display. By collecting the data of each pixel of the LED display, a matrix of correction coefficients is given, which is fed back to the control system to realize the difference of pixels , And finally weakened brightness and color difference point correction can be connected to the tails of different batches, the screen display is pure and delicate, and the color is real and natural.
According to the application, the point-by-point correction system is divided into two types.
1. A single LED cabinet is calibrated point by point, and during production, it is calibrated to ensure that each cabinet has a uniform height after production.
2. On-site large-screen calibration point by point, full-color LED large-screen display on-site selection of the appropriate observation location for on-site calibration, to ensure that the display height is even at the observation location.
