Full-color LED display screen is not bright, flower screen and other problems detection method

2021-08-13

Although the full-color LED display has a long lifespan, software failures may still occur during use, such as the full screen is not bright, the full screen is blurred, some areas are not bright, some areas are blurred, the screen flickers, and so on. There are four methods to detect the full-color led display:

1. Use the voltage detection error to set the multimeter to a voltage range, detect the ground voltage at each point of the faulty circuit, and compare whether it is similar to the normal value, you can easily determine the fault range of the full-color LED display.

2. According to the short-circuit detection error, adjust the multimeter to the full-color LED display short-circuit detection range (generally it has an alarm function and will emit a sound when the power is turned on), and detect whether the module is short-circuited. When a short-circuit is found, it must be solved immediately. The short-circuit phenomenon is also the most Common modules can also be found by observing IC terminals and winding pins. When the circuit is powered off, please operate the short-circuit detection to avoid damage to the multimeter. This is the most commonly used method, simple and effective. Using this method can detect and judge the failure of many led displays.

3. Adjust the multimeter to the pressure drop detection range of the full-color LED display according to the error of the pressure drop detection. The whole circuit is basically composed of multiple units, so when only current passes through one pin, the voltage drop of the pin becomes smaller. Generally speaking, the voltage drop on the IC plug of the same model is similar. According to the difference of the voltage drop value on the plug, the advantages and disadvantages are compared, and it must work when the circuit is powered off.

4. Due to the resistance detection error, adjust the multimeter to the resistance level of the full-color LED display, check the ground resistance value of a common substrate somewhere, check the same point, the same point, the same point, the same point, and check whether they are different For ordinary substrates, different situations determine the scope of the problem.
