1. The arrangement of the leakage protection device is unreasonable;

Due to the special installation of the full-color LED display, such as line damage, and the movement of the leakage protector itself, the leakage protector frequently trips. Therefore, the layout of the leakage protector is unreasonable, which is also one of the reasons for the leakage accident. How to solve? In addition to strengthening management, leakage protection devices should be reasonably configured according to actual conditions. As the total protection device for electrical fire and electrical short circuit, the leakage protector can choose 200~500mA for its rated leakage action current, and 0.2~0.3S for the rated leakage action time.

2. There is no effective secondary and tertiary leakage protection;

The last-stage leakage protector of the full-color LED display switch box is the main protection device for power equipment, because there is no effective secondary and tertiary leakage protection within the protection range. If the final leakage protector is not installed, damaged or incorrectly selected, it will cause the upper leakage protector to trip frequently. Therefore, only when an effective secondary or tertiary leakage protection mode is formed in each protection area, can the number of protection leakage trips be effectively reduced.

3. The power load is not completely balanced;

At present, the full-color LED display leakage protector we use, whether electromagnetic or electronic, uses a magnetic induction voltage transformer to take the leakage current from the main circuit of the electrical appliance. The three-phase or three-phase magnetic loop On a four-wire display, the three-phase load cannot be fully balanced, and on a full-color LED display, it cannot be fully balanced. When the current or overvoltage is large, the magnetic permeability of the magnetic ring is high, which will generate some electromotive force. If the electric potential is large enough, the leakage protection device will be disconnected. In addition, the leakage protection device has an uncertain operating range between the rated leakage operating current and the rated leakage non-operating current. When the leakage current fluctuates in this area, the leakage protector may trip irregularly.

4. Improper selection of protection objects;

Unreasonable selection of the leakage protector will also cause its open circuit trip. If the rated leakage current in the switch box of the full-color LED display exceeds 30MA or the rated leakage current of electrical equipment is more than twice, a delay leakage protector should be used. The upper leakage protector operates due to the increase of the rated leakage current or the decrease of the protection sensitivity, resulting in a trip.

Through the above discussion, we can know that there are many reasons for the tripping of the full-color LED display. In order to solve the problem of frequent leakage, a full-color LED display leakage protector should be reasonably configured, the protection range of the second and third-level leakage protectors should be reduced, and the wiring and leakage protectors should be correctly selected.
