1. Check whether there is a serial connection inside the outdoor LED display, and whether the two ends are loose or fall off.

2. Check whether the jumper cap is loose. If there is no looseness, please confirm the direction is correct.

3. Check the cross-wire of the serial port line, make sure it is connected to the controller, and make sure it is a straight-through line, and the hardware of the control system is normally powered.

4. By comparing the outdoor LED display control software with the selected control card, select the correct product model, serial port number and transmission method, and by comparing the dip switch diagram provided by the software, correctly set the position of the control system hardware and the serial port transmission rate.

After the above inspection method, the outdoor LED display load will still fail, so please use a multimeter to measure whether the serial port of the computer or control system hardware is damaged to determine whether it should be returned to the LED display manufacturer or control system The hardware is tested.
