It is mainly responsible for receiving the image display information from the computer serial port, putting it into the frame memory, and generating the serial display data and scanning control time required by the LED display according to the slice drive mode. Common problems in the use of LED display control cards are generally divided into three parts: display problems, communication problems, functional requirements problems, and solutions: press the test button (measure the connection between the power supply and the wiring), the switch in the serial communication point software (Measuring port and communication line), cut off the power supply and turn on the power (initialization) after all the bulbs are extinguished.

Common problems and solutions

1. Why is there no display or abnormal brightness when the control card is normal?

After the power is turned on, when the control card is in the display driver, the default is 16 scans. If it is not displayed, please check whether the data polarity and OE polarity settings in the control software are correct; if the brightness is abnormal, one line is particularly bright, indicating that the OE setting is opposite to the OE setting.

2. Why does the display screen not display normally after the screen is loaded?

In the LED display control card settings, check whether the selection of scan output is correct.

3. After sending successfully, the display shows colorful screens and garbled codes, and often moves (can't see the text)?

Typical type selection is wrong, semi-outdoor, outdoor generally 4 scans, indoor 16 scans, car screen 8 scans, set the screen parameters after modification, save and send successfully.

4. After successfully sending, a horizontal line is displayed on the screen, and one line is lit every few lines?

If the cable direction is opposite, press the test button (it comes with the control card). In this case, it is generally switched and not moved. Connect the led display screen and one end of the control card in reverse.
